The article says that Tiger came with all G5 iMacs, but I bought an iMac G5 from Apple, and when I sent off for replacement OS discs, it came back with 10.3.3 (Panther). Just saying. --[[User:Monosodium|Monosodium]] 03:46, 15 November 2008 (UTC) | The article says that Tiger came with all G5 iMacs, but I bought an iMac G5 from Apple, and when I sent off for replacement OS discs, it came back with 10.3.3 (Panther). :<s>That, I find weird.</s> That actually reminds me. The iMac G5 was released when Panther was still around. Oh well, there's a bunch of stuff I could improve on in that article. Seeing as I'm the only one who contributes to i— oh wait. This is the later iMac G5 with the built-in iSight, which was released a couple months after Tiger. I think I should note that. Thanks for bringing it up! --[[Special:Contributions/71.157.173.166|71.157.173.166]] 03:55, 15 November 2008 (UTC) | :<s>That, I find weird.</s> That actually reminds me. G5?
I object to the naming of this article as the "G5 iMac." There's no evidence for or against it being a G5 model.— Bassbone (TALK CONT) 07:48, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
- Propose move to The Cheat's iMac. - Qermaq - (T/C)

- Although Tangerine Dreams is an iMac too, and also belongs to The Cheat. Really it's his new iMac. --DorianGray
Ok, propose move to The Cheat's iMac (2006), pending a more identifying name released in canon sometime in the future. - Qermaq - (T/C) 00:56, 12 July 2006 (UTC)
Moved using the handy-dandy "move" function shown at the top of the page. I think the sysops will undestand. I also stubbed this, as it could be more detailed and cleaned up. - Fahooglewitz1077 (talk · contribs) 01:20, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

Name
What's up with the (2006) in the article title, and the "New" in "The Cheat's New iMac" in the opening? Doesn't seem right. —BazookaJoe 03:40, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
- Used to be called "New" in the title. Changed so it wouldn't get dated. The 2006 is coz Tangerine Dreams is also an iMac, and this is to differentiate it. --DorianGray
Monosodium Dreams
Should we treat it as the official name and move this article there? Bad Bad Guy 03:37, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- What? Why? Where does that name come from? Some DVD stuff? --DorianGray 03:42, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
