G5?

I object to the naming of this article as the "G5 iMac." There's no evidence for or against it being a G5 model.— Bassbone (^{TALK CONT}) 07:48, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

Although Tangerine Dreams is an iMac too, and also belongs to The Cheat. Really it's his new iMac. --DorianGray

Name

What's up with the (2006) in the article title, and the "New" in "The Cheat's New iMac" in the opening? Doesn't seem right. —BazookaJoe 03:40, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Used to be called "New" in the title. Changed so it wouldn't get dated. The 2006 is coz Tangerine Dreams is also an iMac, and this is to differentiate it. --DorianGray

Mac OS Version

The article says that Tiger came with all G5 iMacs, but I bought an iMac G5 from Apple, and when I sent off for replacement OS discs, it came back with 10.3.3 (Panther). Just saying. --Monosodium 03:46, 15 November 2008 (UTC)

That, I find weird. That actually reminds me. The iMac G5 was released when Panther was still around. Oh well, there's a bunch of stuff I could improve on in that article. Seeing as I'm the only one who contributes to i— oh wait. This is the later iMac G5 with the built-in iSight, which was released a couple months after Tiger. I think I should note that. Apple button

In the section about the menu bars, it might be nice to put in the apple button, thus removing the need to tell people it's there, in the text that follows.  on a mac is option+shift+k. I'm not sure if it will show up that way on a PC, though. --ChrisF talk 22:52, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
