Characters in the Homestar Runner Universe occasionally celebrate special occasions with confetti, which is thrown from or falls from Hammerspace. Notably, the same confetti is used in almost every appearance, with a distinct color scheme of navy blue, red, white, yellow, and cyan, and a unique falling animation.

- Senorial Day — Homestar Runner and Mustachioed Homestar throw confetti to promote the Bubsotathon.
- Halloween Potion-ma-jig — Homsar as Tingle throws confetti.
- Flashforward — Confetti appears from the sides of the screen to celebrate the 2006 Flashback Show.
- Email pizza joint — Balloons and confetti come out of The Cheat's pizza joint, CHEATSA PIZZA (the King of Town's grill).
- Email slumber party — Clearing a round in Clapping Party makes a pixelized variant of confetti appear on the screen.
- Email pet show — Strong Bad jumps into a pile of potatoes while confetti rains down from above to gloss over the fact that Saberlord's Scritchascratch Cakemonger The Cheat lost the pet show.
- Where U Goin 2? — Confetti appears from the sides of the scoreboard as The Cheat does flaming lay-up drills.
- Compy Catalog — Confetti falls during Strong Sad's scene where he's "the happiest [he's] ever been".
- Email videography — Acting like he's celebrating in a promo for "Videographer" Strong Bad, Homestar Runner dances and throws confetti saying "Oh, twice! I'm a lavish gift-giver!"
