"Other Little Girl" is another young girl who has interacted with Puppet Homestar Runner. She is not to be confused with the original Little Girl. Like the original, it is still a mystery who she is, and how she knows The Brothers Chaps. Apparently, she lives in Georgia, like the Brothers Chaps.
