Mountain Dew

Homestar's Mountain Dew was first mentioned in techno, where Strong Bad told The Cheat to break a glowstick open and pour it into Homestar's Mountain Dew. Its first appearance wasn't until the Strong Bad Email "anything", where Homestar instructed viewers on how to "make a wet computer out of Strong Bad's computer". He did this be applying it "liberally" onto the Compy 386's keyboard. It apparently is "never-ending," as Homestar says, if you wait for 15 seconds after the email is over. This occurrence was then referenced in couch patch at the end when The Cheat's head exploded and Homestar said to The Cheat, "Dang, The Cheat. That computer's got something against you. Did you ever, like, pour Mountain Dew all over it?" It was also featured on the main menu of Disc Three of the strongbad_email.exe DVD set, where a bottle of Mountain Dew is lying leaking onto the computer desk. It has made an appearance in Homestar's bucket of popcorn in extra plug. In Main Page 5, hovering your mouse over Characters causes the drink dispenser to start pouring out a green Mountain Dew-like soda.
Mountain Dew is a real world drink notoriously known for high caffeine content. It is a citrus-flavored soda.
