The Error Page is where cartoons occur when a system error has taken place. The background text is from an Internet Explorer error page that loads when the URL does not exist, or the server is experiencing difficulties. The Brothers Chaps use this locale for toons that make fun of the accessibility of Homestarrunner.com content.
