To anyone who didn't understand that, it's a nonsensical story made up of the names of various vandals on Wikipedia and/or HRWiki:

communist= Wikipedia is Communism!

milkman= The MilkMan

William..attached wheels= Willy on Wheels

North Carolina= The North Carolina vandal

steal cows= NSMC

Swedish= At some point Darth Katana X observed that Yeltensic sounds like a Swedish name

pelicans= Mr. Pelican [profanity delorted]
