PAGENAME
Hey, when is {{PAGENAME}} needed in a Category? I've seen it used for, say, templates, but I guess it's not needed for more run-of-the-mill categories. What does it do, and when do we need it? Thanks... - Qermaq - (T/C) 15:49, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
- While categorizing pages, they are sorted by their first letter, but when doing so to templates, they are all categorized in the letter T (for Template). Using {{PAGENAME}} force the system into using the true name of the page. It is never used on mainspace articles, as their full name is the true one, but rather in other namespaces like Help, Category, Template, HRWiki, User, MediaWiki and other variants. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 15:56, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
Hebrew Name
Hi Elcool, Would it be too much to translate a little for me? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 16:15, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
- No probalo. You didn't specify what name you want translated, so I'll just do them all.

Sig
Why did you revert the edits I made to my sig? Tampo (T/C)
17:47, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- Your sig is linked to from so many places, that changing it to what you did will cause every page displaying it as that box. That box also break several signeture rules. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 19:12, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- My signature is small enough to fit inside the box. Also the message that says "There is currently no text on this page You can..." doesn't show up when I use my sig.
Tampo (T/C)

- When I saw your edit all I saw was a bulk of code and the box beneath it. I didn't have time to spend checking every line of it to see if and where you put <includeonly> and similar tags inside of it. I oppose all that trickery and If I claimed to have reverted your signature because of it breaking the rules, then I now claim that I did so because of those include tags. I don't know what reasons you have for not allowing people to see your sig when they access it's page but the act of hiding it is discourged. Next time use plain, visible code. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 05:29, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
Hola, El Cool Master!
http://rcdb.com/qs.htm?quicksearch=kumba
The first one is near where I live, but I noticed the second one. Have you ever been there? --אוקאלייליי (Ookelaylay)
- Yep. the Superland is right here in my city. I haven't been there in a while, but I have been on Kumba. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 20:28, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
- Coolness! How cool is y'all's Kumba? (No pun intended by the overuse of cool in this post. Sewiously.) --אוקאלייליי (Ookelaylay)

- Why not to say that all sysops are stupid? Well, I'm a sysop. Some of my best friends here are sysops and all good users so that counts as a personal attack. So stop it or you will get blocked. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 15:38, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
