Talk:Heaven
From Homestar Runner Wiki
I don't see why the place at the end of Teen Girl Squad Issue 9 isn't heaven! It has ghosts, it has clouds, and dead people are there! Isn't that basically heaven? People say that it's not because they appear as ghosts, not angels. Homestar appeared as an angel because he's the main character. He may even have a ghostly tail under the robe! I don't get it! -Tizye96
- Heaven has angels, not ghosts. Also, it's not clear if those are clouds. I always thought those were rocks. Loafing

- The appearance of TGS at the end of issue 9 would be consistent with the portrayal of ghosts in Japanese folklore (as one example). Ghosts would be wandering around the "real" world, unseen but felt. Thus, the location of where they are at is unclear, since we get no guidance from the short one way or the other.wbwolf (t | ed) 21:24, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
- True, it differs a bit from the usual description of heaven, but I think it's close enough that it at least deserves a mention in the article, even if it is not clear exactly what it is. I always assumed it was heaven, or at least some kinda spirit world. — Has Matt? (talk) 21:28, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
- Given the current layout of the article, what would be the best way to format a link, given that it is unclear? wbwolf (t | ed) 21:33, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
- I guess we could mention it in the body of the article (something like, "In Teen Girl Squad Issue 9, the girls die and appear as ghosts in a location similar to heaven, although it is unclear exactly where they are."). A link in Appearances could also be added (Teen Girl Squad Issue 9 (possibly)). — Has Matt? (talk) 21:43, 10 July 2007 (UTC)
