Although it is unknown whether this is just a physical transformation or the contraction of the actual disease, The Cheat's behavior is somewhat altered from the norm when in this state. Tendencies include foaming at the mouth, attacking characters such as Marzipan, and making loud, high-pitched noises, according to Strong Bad.
