No, just no

Of all the spoons I've seen (save for one), this may just be the spoonsiest of them all. "Shut up" is such a common phrase that we might as well catalog uses of "maybe". I'm almost certain that using "shut up" so frequently was not a conscious decision from TBC, and even if it was, they did a good job hiding it. I think this is just another page created in the lull for the sake of doing something, and while I applaud the effort, this page has no use here. --Jellote wuz here 18:30, 24 December 2011 (UTC)

Actually, I'm on the fence about this one... Yes it's a common phrase, but on the other hand, it's also thnikkie's catch phrase, and there's the whole shut up lady thing. So i'm not sure this page should entirely go, but I think we need to define some major scope for it. — Defender1031*Talk 12:04, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
Almost a month and still no content except the intro? Unless some content is added soon, I'm-a gonna have to say speedy delete to this one. 124.180.177.61 06:12, 21 January 2012 (UTC) (RickTommy)
I'm not sure that any of the recently added examples are unusual enough to be notable, not to mention Tiny Cheerleader's "shut it off" and Strong Bad's "shut... face" don't even belong here in the first place. Per what DF said above, right now I think this should be turned into a disambiguation page. The Knights Who Say Ni 04:45, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
Add another vote for making Shut up a disambig page. As per Jellote, DeFender, and Knights, "Shut up" is too common and is only used uniquely as part of The Thnikkaman's catch phrase and is a part of the "Shut Up, Lady" gag. — Ngamer01 02:43, 29 January 2012 (UTC)
