From Homestar Runner Wiki

While those two guys usually like to keep their cartoons like Disney, guns occasionally make appearances now and then. The guns seen are real, such as Pok Pok's Colt 1911 pistol. This is an attribute that made Homestar Runner become the character series we know and love today.

• Hamster Ruiner Goes to Hell and Back — The Apparition fires a starting pistol at one of the jumping jack of death contestants.
• In Search of Donovan — Pok Pok suggests shooting the Mello Yello and then pulls out his handgun; he kills all of the members of Donovan with the song "Courtesy Call" by Thousand Foot Krutch playing as the BGM.
• String Bed Plays Borderlands — String Bed defends Fyrestone and New Haven with a shotgun; he also killed Crawmerax the Invincible.
• Hamster Ruiner 1928 — Retro Hamster Ruiner and Retro String Bed duel with two pistols in this black and white cartoon. String Bed pistol-whipped him and rescued some black-haired flapper girl.
• TGS Comic #1 — A helicopter can be seen shooting the 4 girls with a machine gun.
• Cheese Kommandos— Fazoligar is seen in a bank firing a laser gun.
• Stringquest.avi — String Bed kills a bear by firing a starting pistol twice.
• Bebs in tha Hood — Bebs was seen shooting flamethrowers that shot hot glue and H2SO4 (sulfuric acid).
• String Bed's Spooky Scary Halloween — Pok Pok draws his pistol and fires at String Bed after he remarks Pok Pok is dressed as "a bag of inflated potato chips".
• AIDSless AIDS Collab — An AIDS virus plagued the characters of The Soviet Socialist Republic of Amerika until Bebs blew a hole in String Bed's Windows XP with his shotgun.
