Since there are so many hidden things in the toons, should we make an article that lists all of them? -Essence of Ghost Water
- You mean, like, a list of Easter eggs? --DorianGray 04:46, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Nice Try Cigar
I don't understanrd this "no cigar" joke. could somebody be more better Lucsar 20:51, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
- It comes from the phrase, "Close, but no cigar" which means that you were only the slightest bit off from achieving your goal. Shine Sprite (complain) 21:49, 3 April 2010 (UTC)
Rename
A couple users have noted, “nice try” doesn’t really inform people what the page is about, and most instances don’t include the words “nice try”. -101.187.74.176 01:49, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hidden Messages? Hidden Decompiled Messages? Decompilable Messages? In any case, "Nice Try" seems like too narrow a name for the broader scope this page now covers. DEI

- Agree. The current name led me to believe this page specifically documented "nice try"-style mocking messages, rather than all decompilable messages. "Hidden Messages" sounds good to me. Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 19:02, 21 October 2018 (UTC)
- Or perhaps "Decompilable Messages", since it's more specific. Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 05:51, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
- As much as I agree with the semantics of "Decompilable Messages", I think that might be a bit too technical of a term for a page. I think "Hidden Messages" is the best catch-all name, even if it's a bit simple. - Catjaz63 17:02, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
- Could always redirect one to the other.-166.137.252.112 17:23, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
