Stickly Man is featured in the 20X6 style short "Under Construction". He challenges Stinkoman to combat, and proceeds to unleash his best stick-fu. In the end, he falls to Stinkoman's superior fighting ability.
Stickly Man is a parody of the stick figure found on the "Under Construction" logo seen on many unfinished web pages.
Being a silent character shoveling who-knows-what, he may also be an oblique reference to The Poopsmith.
He also seems to be a good fighter, like the characters in Xiao Xiao.
