Onions

Onions are a vegetable commonly used in the Homestar Runner universe. They are often noted as being foul-smelling.

Appearances

• Some Type of Online Auction — Homestar Runner mentions that the breakfast burrito from english paper has onions in it.
• Weekly Fanstuff 2006 — The Brothers Chaps feature an onion slice with Strong Bad's face in it.
  • Strong Bad onion faces are later seen in @StrongBadActual.
• Let us give TANKS! — One of the Blue Laser Minions is fiendishly dicing the evil onions.
• Email original — Strong Bad claims that Onion Bubs was a fan favorite in a line of replacements for Original Bubs. An Easter egg also purports that there was an "Onion King of Town" at one time.
• Blubb-O's Commercial — Two onions, along with two tomatoes and a head of lettuce, are seen in a collection of vegetables at Blubb-O's. One of each is tossed through a cascade of water and chopped in mid-air.
• Email your edge — Strong Bad stomps on a casserole that is topped with a crusty layer of fried onions.
• Homestar Ruiner —
  • Marzipan grows onions for Homestar's victory party, and Strong Bad decides that they will stink even more in a few weeks.
  • Strong Bad has to trick Homestar into rubbing a foul-smelling onion all over himself.

• Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — Marzipan's onion patch returns again, this time as Cutesy Buttons's formula-enhanced garden. As a prank, Onion Bubs is included in this garden.
• Email hremail 3184 — Strong Bad says that his Steak Sandwich "computer" is capable of sauteed onions, and a "Sauteed Onions Ghz" logo appears onscreen.
