Vera low

The word "vera" from when Senor Cardgage says "vera low prices" actually means "true" in Italian, "genuine" in Greek, and "side" in Spanish.

Arguments for:

  • His name IS "Senor Cardgage," which implies Hispanic origin.

Arguments against:

  • Senor Cardgage is simply mispronouncing "very."
  • Senor Cardgage isn't necessarily Hispanic—there's no tilde on the "n."
  • The Spanish pronunciation is closer to "bera."
  • Senor Cardgage is known for using antiquated female names (which Vera is) randomly—this fits better with his character.
