Thank you for creating an article about Twelve Times a Day Man. However, this article has already been created on the wiki, and a discussion (held here) determined that we wouldn't have that article, since he is really just a variation on Strong Sad. Because of this, your article will probably be deleted shortly (nothing personal; it's just that we've decided not to have that article).
