Stickly Man is featured in the 20X6 style short "Under Construction". He is a parody of the stick figure found on the "Under Construction" logo seen on many unfinished web pages. Stickly Man has some fighting skills, but is no match for Stinkoman.
Stickly Man's primary occupation (when not challenging) is shoveling pudding.
