MIKE CHAPMAN: All the action figures always cost 11 dollars and one cent, which is your birthday.
MATT CHAPMAN: Eleven oh-one!
MIKE: November 1st. Now everyone knows your birthday so maybe they'll get you presents!
MATT: Don't get me any presents, guys!

$11.01 is the price of all action figures sold by Cheap As Free Toys in the Homestar Runner universe, regardless of their size or quality. As mentioned in the flag day commentary, this is because Matt's birthday is November 1st (11/01).
