Uh, this is the talk page for the article, so I don't exactly know what you are getting at here, pertmywert. -- Tom 23:55, 27 Mar 2005 (MST)

Shouldn't this be on a Minor Characters page? -- Posted by: -erson Talk 18:44, 27 Apr 2005 (UTC)

It should. Sysops, what do you peoples think? — talk Bubsty edits 20:31, 12 November 2005 (UTC)
Sysops don't carry extra weight in questions of content. — It's dot com 20:32, 12 November 2005 (UTC)
That said, I think this page is important as a standalone page. We refer to anonymous users too much not to be able to link right to this. Besides, he's not really a character in the strict sense of the word. — It's dot com 20:34, 12 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Anonymous Contributor

Isn't the proper name of this "character" Anonymous Contributor? In rock opera, Strong Bad goes on about the emailer's "name" by saying "Hey, Mr. and Mrs. Contributor, way to name your kid!", then launches into the high-school teasing of the Strong Sad lookalike. That makes me think we should be referring to this character as Anonymous Contributor, not just Anonymous. — Image:kskunk_fstandby.gif KieferSkunk (talk) — 18:21, 27 February 2006 (UTC)

Now that Strong Bad has referred to him as "Anonymous Contributor" in the new toon... I definitely agree. Rename to Anonymous Contributor. Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 06:50, 20 November 2016 (UTC)

[edit] Contributed Likely First Hand Information

The real Anonymous Contributor is believed to be a student at Kenyon College, a small liberal arts college in the tiny but much-loved village of Gambier, OH. Many members of the Gambier community--mostly Kenyon students--made attempts to discover Anonny's true identity shortly after the email's release. However, true to his/her chosen monicker, the email's mysterious author has kept his/her identity unknown to the public. It is rumored that only Anonny's close friends have been made privy to this secret. (Contributed by Davonian, moved to the talk page by Thunderbird on 19:17, 19 May 2006 (UTC))
