Talk:Article Sightings

Could we merge this with Homestar Runner (body of work) or HRWiki:About? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 02:53, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

Sightings, as a kind of unwritten rule, don't really belong around other more canon content. This page serves its purpose well enough separately. — Lapper (talk) 02:59, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Oh come on

These are hardly sightings, of course Wikipedia and the sites that accompany it will have an article like this, that's what they're are for, sightings is for less...well known sightings, not almightly Wikipedia and Uncyclopedia.--~ SlipStream 09:18, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Wikipedia I can understand (though I find the different language versions interesting), but Uncyclopedia and TV Tropes are a different matter, since they are not encyclopedias in the traditional sense. Personally, I'm neutral on merging, but if there was a merge, then the Wikipedia stuff would probably head over to Homestar Runner (body of work) page, but Uncyclopedia and TV Tropes would wind up on websites. Do we really want those lost in that shuffle? (Which reminds me, the other pages in the group need some better organizing....) wbwolf (t | ed) 18:09, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
That's exactly what I think should happen, without Wikipedia and it's other language offshoots, this article has a total of two entries, ouch, anyway, Uncyclopedia is massive, so it has an article about most things you can think of, TV Tropes I've never even heard of.--~ SlipStream 05:59, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
Personally, I think the whole thing should be merged into Website Sightings, Wikipedias included. --phlip TC 02:30, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
I agree. This article and Website Sightings are essentially the same thing. --Techgeekmbg (I'm too lazy to log in right now, I'm on another computer)
Yeah, totally merge with Website Sightings. Trey56 04:02, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
