Hi MibZelinda! Based on this edit, I'd say go for it! It looks like Catjaz63 is taking a break from editing. Moreover, he removed the {{transcriptinprogress}} template. So I'm pretty sure it's fair game. I'd only ask that you also use the {{transcriptinprogress}} template when appropriate.
