Why not?

Because it was made to look different (Worse?) than the others on purpose and as such it is not part of the regular evolution.

I'd be reluctant to take advice from an unsigned talk post. But in this case, it's clear Strong Mad was added to Yello Dello after the fact for comedic reasons, and as such this was not his debut. - Qermaq - (^T/C)  15:34, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
