[edit] What's up with the attributions?

Casio Bad doesn't talk, Eh! Steve only says his own name, and I'm pretty confident it's Homsar who says Eh! Steve at the very end (it's certainly NOT Eh! Steve!) Only the second verse is clearly done by characters within the 'toon. Whose bright idea was it to give the credits as listed?! - Jay 16 Nov 2004

Nobody ever said that Eh Steve could only say his own name. Strong Bad only said that every week, Eh Steve comes in and says his tagline, which happens to be his own name. I've always thought that "Singer 2" was Eh Steve, and I still think it.
Wasn't mine. Also, there's absolutely no way that's Homsar. It sounds nothing like him at all. --TheNintenGenius 16:13, 16 Nov 2004 (MST)
If you say so - but let's at least make it clear that it's not Eh! Steve either. (I'm still not convinced that it's not Homsar, personally, but let's not quibble that point.) -- Jay 16:18, 16 Nov 2004 (MST)
Um, hate to say this, but having the name be ??? as opposed to "Eh! Steve!" prettymuch sends the message that whoever's saying it isn't "Eh! Steve" --TheNintenGenius 16:22, 16 Nov 2004 (MST)
So you say, but even WITH the note, someone tried to change it back. 9_9 -- Jay 02:49, 18 Nov 2004 (MST)

Sounds like Homsar to me. Compare the voice to sbemail2.--Dwedit 15:18, 22 Nov 2004 (MST)

prsnaly i think that its homsar and that eny one who thinks its eh steev is a dim wit

Personally I think that it's Eh! Steve, and that any one who thinks it's Homsar is not a dimwit, just has a different opinion. Sign your posts on discussions, and please, please don't use internet slang. →[[User:FireBird|FireBird]]

??? is pretty awkward. Shouldn't it be Singer 3 or Voice 3 or something?

I agree. Good edit. -- Tom 21:13, 29 Jan 2005 (MST)

[edit] I think...

they should make this the karaoke video on the next DVD. Then we'll finally know what all the lyrics actually are. And maybe who says "Eh! Steve" at the end. (I say it's Homsar but you can't really be sure.) Tom H

It'd be cute if it was on the same DVD as mini-golf is going to be on. Bad Bad Guy 22:39, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

THis is a forum style thread. please stop immediately. — Defender1031*Talk 23:02, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Eh! Steve similarity

I dare say chaps. The singer who shouts "Eh! Steve!" on the soundtrack sounds similar to the Eh! Steve in the PAY PLUS! Teen Girl Squad sample.

Just thought I would throw that out there.

[edit] What about the Worm?

Ever since the first time I listened to the song, I thought that singer 1 was the Worm, since his voice sounded so similar to the voice used when he said "It's a miracle!" in the Decemberween Sweet Cuppin' Cakes toon. Does anyone else agree/disagree? --Chupaqueso

Although the worm didn't have his first speaking appearance until well after the CD's release... --DorianGray
Thats true, but that doesn't mean it's not his voice. But then again, I also noticed that in the Decemberween toon the worm saying "It's a miracle!" sounded different from when he was saying "Up, down," earlier in the toon. It could be, though, that the "Up, down," wasn't him speaking (since he didn't open his mouth for that part, but did for "It's a miracle"), but actually a sort of sound effect. Considering the nature of Sweet Cuppin' Cakes, that's fairly likely. --Chupaqueso
No, it's not the worm. The worm has a high pitched voice. None of the singers do. User: SBE-mail Checker Dan

[edit] Strong Bad

Singer 2's last line sounds like it's Strong Bad...does anyone else notice this? SuperfieldCreditUnion

[edit] "Sweet Cup- Cakes"

I do believe that the second when everyone sings "Sweet Cuppin' Cakes" they're saying "Sweet Cup Cakes". I keep listening to it over and over and cannot hear the second syllable of "Cuppin". I realize this makes hardly any sense being the title, but does anyone else think this? --TheDenzelTheDenzelsiglogo.gif

[edit] Are we sure of the lyrics?

Is there a known lyric sheet created by the Brothers Chaps? If not, shouldn't we say that some of the lyrics are uncertain (for example, "Just this once, I didn't know" could be "Just this once, I didn't, no"--with the "no" being like emphasis)? Van Mundegaarde 18:40, 17 January 2009 (UTC)

When in doubt, go with the simplest answer, which would be "didn't know" in this case. --DorianGray 23:09, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
