[edit] messed up edit tabs
- Is it just me, or are the edit tabs on this page seriously messed up? Does anyone know how to fix it? I know it has to do with the pictures, but if I apply {{clear}} anywhere, it just looks worse. — talk Bubsty edits 18:28, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] necessary?
Is this page really needed? I know there are pages with even less content, but I'm using this one as an example. Is it just me, or is this wiki getting really cluttered? Republic of Stan ⬅Blah. 14:34, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well Stan, as long as it's a thing and it's real, we've got to make a page about it. That's why our wiki is so rich in knowledge. — Seriously (Talk) 14:43, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Don't you think there are some pages in here that only deserve passing mention in their respective toons (such as Gross Old Wig? I don't really think that these things need any description. They're not really recurring themes. If we follow this example, should we make a page about Thai ice tea? It does appear in interview, after all. And has about as much significance to Homestarrunner.com as "Typing Tutor Turbo" does. Republic of Stan ⬅Blah. 14:48, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Typing Tutor turbo is actually more important, as much more is known about it. Thai iced tea is not something special or exclusive to Homestar Runner, and therefore has nothing that is article content. Yes, some items only deserve mentions in their toons, but this is not one of them. — Seriously (Talk) 14:52, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Type to Learn
I've never heard of this program. I always used Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing (Or at home, Mario Teaches Typing). It might be better to just not reference a specific title at all.
- Even though this was from about last May, I still feel compelled to reply to this annony who probably left the wiki a long time ago. So here I go. Type To Learn is used in a lot of elementary schools (including the one in the town where I live). Mavis Beacon is much newer, but Type to Learn was a big one... at least in the 90's. TTT is very much like it and that's why we put it there. Good day. -Brightstar Shiner 23:10, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
