Hello, and welcome to The Homestar Runner Wiki! This is the best place, as you've probably noticed, to learn about anything and everything Homestar Runner. There are a couple of things you should read up on before you really start jumping in and editing -
- Take a look at the Wiki Standards to see how things work around here.
- Read up on how to edit at the Editing Help section.
- Read the FAQ.
- Read the MediaWiki User's Guide.
- If you're looking for more interaction with the users, our Chat Channel is always available, and we also have a Wiki Forum.
- The Stick is a place where you can find out some projects to do or committees to join, if you choose to.
- If you're still confused, check out the Introduction page.
If you have any questions, ask them up in the HelpDesk, Me or ask some sysops or admins ('sysop' is just a special term for someone who watches over the wiki and has a few more rights than other users). [edit] Sections In Progress
Hey Bobo, did you notice that the transcript section of retirement B is tagged as "in progress". The box on the top and bottom of that section says "As a courtesy, please do not edit this section". Somebody else is already working on the transcript, and your edits will most likely simply be written over by that person. Just giving you a heads-up. Loafing

'Kay, sorry about that. I wasn't sure whether that meant "Please don't goof around and write a half-assed transcript while someone who knows what they're doing is working on it" or "Don't even think about writing a transcript, even if you have a script directly from TBC". I presumed the former and figured that they could delete it if there was any question, but I'll hold back next time.--Bobo the King 08:24, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
