[edit] Language box
I like the language box on this one — for me, it's the perfect mix of visibility and unobtrusiveness. Trey56 23:22, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
- I must say that the final version (two column, language welcome underneath the title) is my favorite so far. It does what I was trying to pull off much better than I could ever hope to achieve. A lellow background for the subtitles, while keeping blue for the side bar and red for the featured/navigation is the next thing to test, I would think. But overall, it accomplishes the goal of accessibility. wbwolf (t | ed) 23:38, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Miscellaneous Comments
I actually really like this one. Only problem for me is I like the little "Welcome to the Homestar Runner Wiki" snippet across the top instead of in a box. -- Super Martyo boing! 23:46, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Firstly, very nice job. A couple of gradients to it and it's done for as far as I see.
But, I think that the languages should be in the order that they are in the welcoming pages (alphabetically per language code, I think), just to preserve integrity and wholeness of it all.
Otherwise, this is a job very swell done. Hug. --Sysrq868 18:06, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- One question about this layout. Now that we have added Turkish to the subtitle list, how will this layout need to be adjusted. I think that brings up a more important issue of the possibility of adding further languages in the future (say, Japanese or Chinese, for example). Currently, the welcome bar is pretty full. I would guess the best way to add Turkish would be to reduce the font size and spacing? Sysrq's suggestion of keeping the languages in alphabetical order comes into play here as well. wbwolf (t | ed) 23:20, 2 December 2007 (UTC)
