[edit] It wasn't an insult
When I put up your "Full Screen" page for deletion, it wasn't meant as a personal insult. So many users have been known to take offense when their pages or edits are not kept, but it's not meant that way. I didn't even delete it immediately, though I could have (I figured I'd let others give their input). That said, pages are kept or deleted based on their merits to the Wiki, as per consensus among the users. --Jay (Gobble) 22:42, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- Nor do I mean any insult to you for your effort. But, while users are justifiably proud of their contributions, one thing every user here understands that once a page is put up, the merit of that page is weighted upon the greater good. It no longer belongs to you, but the community. The information you gave useful, but I don't think it's in the right place. That's what we're trying to figure out. wbwolf (t | ed) 01:41, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
