If anyone sees this, I had a hypothetical question. If someone on the main Wikipedia is constantly changing many different articles to POV, and deleting things that shouldn't be, is there anyone to whom one can recommend his account for deletion?

Does anyone know how to change the actual title for a page? The "Brothers' Strong Living/Bathroom" both need to be changed to "Brothers Strong's", but I can't find any place to do it under "Edit this page". Aiyuda? Trelawney
