Okay, two parts of this video remind me of toons on the site:
1.The movments of Strongbad in the videogame closely resemble/are identical to the movements he made in Cartoon.
2.The "Actual Gameplay Footage" flashing is a little similar to "Trial Version" in Pay Plus.

Is it just me or does it look like the Baba Jaga is taking off out of the window in something Bowser-esque from Mario? Possibly a reference to Mario? It looks like his clown cup with a propellor on it that he uses in many of the games, Super Smash Bros Brawl, to name the latest.
