I really don't think this page should have been moved without having discussed it or having a clear, incontestable source, so I've reverted for now and added a <nowiki>{{rename}}</nowiki> tag to begin discussion. First order of business: someone who has the DVD, what is the exact source of this title? Is it an MP3? If so, it's likely abbreviated and not authoritative (especially since the TTG people seemed to call it "The Protest Song" on their forum, which is a more plausible title than merely "Protest"). {{User:Heimstern Läufer/sig}} 23:42, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
My copy of the SBCG4AP DVDs arrived today, and I can say that the name "Protest" ''is'' entirely from an MP3 filename. However, unlike, say, the filenames of the Quotes of the Week, these filenames all have reasonable song titles in them (and aren't heavily abbreviated):

They also did a similar thing on the Sam and Max Season 1 DVD, have a few of the songs on there (a sampler for the soundtrack that was also released)... and all of those had the official song titles as filenames. :My vote is keep the title as it is. "Protest" is not the name of the song, like the first sentence in the article would suggest. Marzipan just said, "I wrote you a protest song." That definitely doesn't mean the name of the song is the name of an entire genre of songs that have been around for more than 40 years. so, just leave it alone.<br>btw dr. who: there are plenty of pages like that on this wiki, this page doesn't need to be deleted just b/c you think no one ever looks at it. {{User:The Knights Who Say Ni/sig}} 23:45, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
