:According to the [[HRWiki:Inclusion Guidelines|inclusion guidelines]], "a H*R-specific item or location needs only one appearance in the body of work, as long as it played an important role in the plot or substance of the work". It seems that H*R-specific organizations fall most closely under that category than any of the others. As such, this would seem to qualify (albeit the page as it stands now is poorly written and sorely lacking). I'm trying to find a predecessor page. We have pages like [[The Battle of Strong Badia]] and the [[All-Wide Science Fair]] for example; events that appeared in just one toon.
