::Not necessarily. There are two distinct things here: A flash-based promo on homestarrunner.com and the actual title of the to-be-released 3-disc DVD set at the homestar store.  I believe most users are aware that all the information on this page came from an earlier article [[strongbad_email.exe DVD Promo|DVD Promo]] Article.  At the moment, this article will violate [[HRWiki:Once_And_Only_Once|Once And Only Once]] until users can gather in-depth information regarding further DVD specifics and/or images (screenshots). Until then, this page really does not need modification of its information until the release of said DVD. Ultimately, I imagine that this page will contain more information than the page created earlier, which is only about the promo.

::The basis for this reasoning is the fact that we didn't merge [[Peasant's Quest Preview|Peasant's Quest Trailer]] and [[Peasant's Quest]] articles. --[[User:The Paper|Teh P.]] 12:49, 8 Nov 2004 (MST)

:::As it stands 1 article would be plenty, but if this article is to be the place where all DVD related info will go and the [[strongbad_email.exe DVD Promo|DVD Promo]] is just for the static promo clip thats great. -[[User:Drhaggis|Drhaggis]] 13:29, 8 Nov 2004 (MST)

Should this title be changed? I know "strongbad_email.exe" is what it's called, but it's kind of ugly? Maybe we could change it to "Strong Bad Email DVD" or something. -- <small>[[User:FireBird|FireBird]]</small>|[[User Talk:FireBird|Talk]]

:Hmm.  I'm thinking that "strongbad_email.exe" is the title of the DVD.  I think it's a pretty good name, and I like the underscore.  (Personally, I think of the intro to [[caper]] every time I see the title.)  However, the MediaWiki software treats the underscore as a space, just like with [[sb_email 22]], so it really doesn't show up correctly.  Back to the point: I'm sure we'll find out much more when we actually get the DVD and are able to write up a good description.[[User:Tom|<nowiki></nowiki>]]  --  [[User:Tom|Tom]] 09:14, 11 Nov 2004 (MST)

are the disks in Pal or NTSC format?
+
-
:They're Region 0 discs, so they'll play in any DVD player. However, if your TV doesn't support NTSC 60Hz output, then they'll display in black and white. --{{User:Venusy/Sig}} 00:06, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

::And if you play them back on a computer, then it doesn't matter if it's PAL or NTSC. So even if your TV doesn't support NTSC, you'd still be able to watch the DVDs.{{User:Loafing/sig}} 00:10, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

By which I mean stores like Wal-Mart or Best Buy. Is it available anywhere but the Homestar store?
+
-
:Yes, there are a few independent retail establishments that are licensed by homestarrunner.com to sell their merchandise. You can find their locations [[HRStore:storelocator.html|here]]. Hopefully there's one near you. &mdash;[[User:BazookaJoe|BazookaJoe]] 19:10, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

The front cover for our Star Wars VHS is the ''left'' side of Darth Vader's face, while the front cover for a sbemail DVD is the ''right'' side of Strong Bad's face.  (The back covers are completely different) Does this make it a stretch to say the Sbemail case was modeled after the Star Wars case? How long have the articles for Discs 1-3 been without pictures of the DVDs' front covers?  Can someone add pictures of them?  I can't since I'm not allowed to buy DVDs off of the Internet. {{User:Bad Bad Guy/sig}} 21:38, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

:It's either labeled as angle or looks like an old film reel machine in silhouette. You should really get a manual for your remote if you have one and read it. if you don't have a manual, do you know the model of your DVD Player or universal remote? {{User:ColdReactive/sig}} 17:38, 9 July 2009 (UTC)

::However, if you use third-party codec packages such as K-Lite, then you could just play them on your computer too. However, Windows 7 RC and Beta do not allow execution of third-party codecs (though, you can install them, they just won't do anything.) {{User:ColdReactive/sig}} 03:35, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
