*"[[Wikipedia:Prisoner of war|POW]]" is an acronym meaning Prisoner of War. According to the [[Wikipedia:Third Geneva Convention|Geneva Convention]], a POW is a soldier, sailor, airman, or Marine who is imprisoned by an enemy power during or immediately after an armed conflict.

*This was the first email to end outside the computer room.
*This is the first time that Strong Bad writes or draws in an email.
*The mailer's name, "fhqwhgadshgnsdhjsdbkhsdabkfabkveybvf", has a string of [[multiple consonants]] that is sixteen letters long.
*Strong Bad types "...can i just call you fhqwgads?" (forgetting to capitalize the personal pronoun <i>I</i>). This may be mocking the sender's "i".
*Decompiling the Flash file reveals the rest of the painting underneath the white canvas. This was the only way to see the bottom of the painting before the release of [[army]].
*The [[YouTube]] description for this email is "Strong Bad gets an email from Fhqwhgads."

===Remarks===
*Painting is not normally done by slowly filling in a white canvas with the finished painting, but by working in layers.
*In the [[Post-Flash Site Update|post-Flash]] [[Strong Bad Email menu]], the description claims that Strong Bad received the real-world {{wp|ILOVEYOU}} worm virus. However, the real-world ILOVEYOU worm relied on a file attachment, and all text data instead was dedicated to telling the recipient to open the attached .VBS file; while many variants of ILOVEYOU are known to exist, no known email containing the virus was written with a simple "i love u" like the e-mail Strong Bad reads, let alone including a string of 36 random letters such as "fhqwhgadshgnsdhjsdbkhsdabkfabkveybvf".

===Goofs===
*Strong Bad types "Fhqwhgads" as "Fhqwgads" (without the h after the w). The third time Strong Bad writes "Fhqwhgads" in his response, it is spelled correctly. This is made more ironic by the fact that in [[sibbie]] Strong Bad complains about people misspelling "fhqwhgads".
*While Strong Bad is reading the entire line of gibberish, his squinting eyes show the black polygons that the Brothers Chaps used to make him squint. This is most noticeable if the contrast on the screen is changed.

===Fast Forward===
