Much like Strong Bad became the unplanned "star" of homestarrunner.com, so has Eh! Steve! become the scene-stealer of Sweet Cuppin' Cakes. His name is also his catchphrase, and The Wheelchair is his arch-rival, for reasons that aren't clear at all. Eh! Steve! appears to be a brownish-tan rug with thin arms and legs. He has a very curly mouth.
