Dee is a horse, as well as Sickly Sam's love interest, in the Old-Timey toon Sickly Sam's Big Outing. She wears glasses similar to those worn by The Ugly One. She has a few scraggly hairs for a tail and a few hairs on her head. Her back is caved in and she appears malnourished. In the one scene in which she appears, a Glue Factory can be seen in the distance, implying that she was going to be killed and her hooves removed. It is suggested that she also has the ability to sing.
