Homestar's eyes change orientation every other frame during his walk cycle before he comes to a stop. Looks to be the same on both YT and his dot com.

I think the comparison of both Gorbachev and Guillmero being "servants of evil" is a bit of a stretch on the Gorbachev side, I mean, he wasn't horrible and from what I've heard he was an OK guy. Also the "bloodied mutilation" remark on the side of Kobain is a bit dark, and goes a bit far.
