The anime version of Pom Pom is Pan Pan. Pan Pan seems to be a takeoff on the obligatory anime animal mascot, though in Under Construction he acted more or less like Pom Pom. Like the other forms of Pom Pom, he doesn't speak in English, and he instead speaks in a sort of strange "boinging" noise. Pan Pan falling on 20X6 Homestar appears to be a running gag.
