Strong Sad hasn't changed much. His arms have been changing in size and his voice has gotten higher.

	The fourth design	2001	The Best Decemberween Ever to ???	He's rounder, his eyes are more glossy, his outline is thicker, his head is bigger, his chest is slightly darker, he has much more advanced shading and his voice more "delicate" than just "tired-sounding".
