Strong Sad hasn't changed much. His arms have been changing in size and his voice has gotten higher.

The fourth design	2001	The Best Decemberween Ever to current	He's rounder, his eyes are more glossy, his outline is thicker, his head is bigger, his chest is slightly darker, he has much more advanced shading and his voice more "delicate" than just "tired-sounding".
Current design	200X	???	His legs are closer together, his front arm is longer, his shading is slightly different, he has a thicker, darker outline separating his two shades of gray, his head is a slightly different shape and eyes are a little further apart.
