As his name implies, Strong Mad is usually quite aggressive. Nonetheless, he has occasionally smiled.

• Strong Mad's Character Video — Strong Mad smiles when he tells the viewers he likes The Cheat.
• A Mother's Day Message — Along with Homestar Runner, The Cheat, and Pom Pom,Strong Mad ridicules Strong Bad's silly costume.
• A Jorb Well Done — Along with Strong Bad and The Cheat, Strong Mad ridicules Coach Z for not being able to say the word "job".
• Tis True, Pom Pom, Tis True — Strong mad smiles as he is retrieving and throwing a keg of Melonade onto Strong Bad.
• The Best Decemberween Ever — He smiles while watching The Cheat open his Decemberween present, which blows up in his face.
• Email helium — Listens to Strong Bad sing a song in a high voice.
• Email labor day — When Strong Sad makes a joke about Strong Bad's invitation being DELETED, Strong Mad laughs.
• Email local news — When being introduced on Action News 5 as the "Sportscarster".
• Experimental Film — When doing the "ooh, ah, ooh side swipe" dance
