- Peasant's Quest — One of the items you give The Three Keepers of Trogdor is a bottle of pills.
- Email time capsule — One of the Easter eggs features Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine.
- Stinkoman 20X6 — The main item for restoring health is a large pill.
- Email candy product — Strong Bad's junkmail filter, Edgar's Baby's Daddy, has one email with the subject "Re: PharamBlacy news", parodying spammers who advertise prescription drugs.
