Tucker Donaldson is the representative for the websites halloweensafety.gov and campussafety.gov. He is never seen. He calls on peoples' answering machines and gets angry at them when they do something. He stutters a lot when leaving messages. His messages are presented in lower sound quality, like real phone messages, unlike other characters' messages (except The Poopsmith), which are presented at normal sound quality. When The Brothers Chaps tried to "raise awareness" about halloweensafety.gov in Halloween Safety, but instead made a cartoon about Homestar Runner in different roadsign-related costumes, he called "Mikezipan's Answering Machine" and got angry at them in an Easter egg.
