Rick Van Velsor is an industrial designer who sculpted several toys and figures for Homestar Runner.
As mentioned by The Brothers Chaps in a 2018 presentation, Van Velsor had largely stopped toy sculpting by the time The Brothers Chaps reached out to him to produce the Trogdor miniatures, but enjoyed making the new figurines.
