Mike Chapman, the elder of The Brothers Chaps, is the flash animator for Homestarrunner.com. He is also husband to Missy Palmer, the voice of Marzipan (character).
He also voices of all the (hilariously) poor imitations of Matt Chapman's characters in Powered by The Cheat cartoons.
