His toes are thicker and more rounded (for example, compare his feet to the previous version).

The shading is even more advanced. His mouth is a bit smaller, and when he speaks, his voice is slightly higher (This is because his voice is not slowed down like it was in earlier designs). He also talks more often, instead of the occasional growls and grunts he made before and his nose is facing a different direction.
