Hi there, I'm MissDeletinator, but I'm not going to divulge my real name online, for personal reasons. I came upon my username while watching "sisters" a little while ago. Check the about me section on my page if you want more info!

About me

So! Stuff about me... I'm 15 year old girl who lives in The Great White North. Homestar and the HRWiki are a very big part of my childhood, so naturally I finally found the time to join this wiki! I enjoy cleaning up pages that need to be updated, and adding pictures on pages that require them. I also don't mind making minor grammatical edits if necessary. Feel free to talk to me, 'cause hey, I'm not Senor Cardgage, so I won't unintentionally... Insult you?

I also like watching Attack on Titan and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and I read Homestuck.

Anyways, computer-related stuff; I dislike Windows 7 and I despise Windows 8. But sooner or later, my Windows XP lappy will die, and I'll be forced to get one of the above... I own a Wacom Bamboo Connect drawing tablet, and use Paint Tool SAI to draw, and The GIMP to edit and animate. I also use old-timey paper and pencil, when necessary.

Now, onwards, to my discovery of H*R!

How I found Homestar Runner and the wiki

The year is 2003.

Ok, ok. It wasn't really that dramatic.

So, when I was little, my sister, who is ten years older than me discovered homestarrunner.com through Yahoo!, back when it was a kids' fun site. I was five at the time and my sister was fifteen. I guess she was watching them beforehand without my knowledge, because one day, she asked me if I wanted to watch something with her. Of course I said yes, and we watched "Butt IQ" together. Since I was only five years old, it was absolutely hilarious to me. I guess after that my sister and I watched all of the SBEmails one after the other until we had watched all of the ones that were out at that point. Then we moved on to the holiday toons, and so forth. I can remember waiting impatiently each week for my sister to come home from school so we could watch the newest SBEmail together, and this remains one of my fondest memories to this day. HRWiki was just something my sister would check for Easter Eggs each time a new toon or email came out, so naturally that's how I found it, and once I got to the age to be interested enough in it, I became immersed.

And why was allowed to watch the toons and SBEmails of homestarrunner.com at five years of age? Well, my parents have always been easygoing and open to new things, and since I wasn't repeating words like "crap" or "freaking", and I didn't understand half of the jokes about "making out" or "1st, 2nd, and 3rd base", they let it be, because it really wasn't affecting me. I thought it was funny, and they thought so too, and it stayed at that.
