- The theme from DANGERESQUE II: This time, it's not Dangeresque I — Dangeresque claims to be a celebrity pharmacist.
- Peasant's Quest — One of the items you give The Three Keepers of Trogdor is a bottle of pills.
- Email time capsule — One of the Easter eggs features Jobar's Big Ol' Headache Medicine.
- Stinkoman 20X6 — The main item for restoring health is a large pill.
- Email candy product — Strong Bad's junkmail filter, Edgar's Baby's Daddy, has one email with the subject "Re: PharamBlacy news", parodying spammers who advertise prescription drugs.
- Email web comics — The Cheat's junk mail filter has an email with the subject "PharmC7acy".
- Email alternate universe — Homestar Runner tries to make a real fruit smoothie using "Total Load", the total body fitness enhancing powder.
- Email retirement — Strong Bad runs out of his "antidepressants", and later his "Cloud Shape Spotting Log" in an Easter egg lists "diet pills".
- Fan Costumes '08 — In mocking The King of Town costume, Strong Bad used the phrase "I don't think the medication is working."
- Strong Bad reads the Ocelot and the Porridge Maiden — Strong Sad appears to be on pain-relief medicine, which would explain his dizziness, inability to think coherently, and also his confused manner. This is further supported by his claim to have had his Wisdom Teeth removed recently.
