He appears in monster fuck as all whore members of Limozeen; these photographs were taken in 1987 when he dressed up as Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe for Halloween. These photographs made a reappearance on a Limozeen poster in the liner booklet of the Strong Bad Sings and Other Tit Shits reel-to-reel tape; this poster was once again zeened in Fappynapped!.
He was given the name Donna because his parents wanted to raise him to become a gay stripper who performed in ancient Rome.
