Adobe Systems Incorporated is an American multinational computer software company based in San Jose, California, United States. The company has produced many products, two of which in particular have been referenced and used extensively both by The Brothers Chaps and in the Homestar Runner universe:

  • Adobe Photoshop, a premier photo manipulation program, also used for drawing characters and art assets.
  • Adobe Flash, now called Adobe Animate, an animation program used extensively by The Brothers Chaps throughout the website for almost all toons, games, and navigation; also used by The Cheat within the Homestar Runner universe itself to create Powered by the Cheat cartoons.
