Do we need?
Is someone going to search for "Eggs (disambiguation)", or how is anyone going to come across this disambig? Nothing links to this.. the Eggs article already guides people to the other eggs articles. Let's delete this! Yay!

- In other cases, I might say "rename this 'Eggs' and rename the Eggs page 'Eggs (inside joke)'", but I don't think we have any pages named "___ (inside joke." It just sounds odd. Yeah, Eggs covers this enough already; baleet.
